Ordering Info



For ordering of items, send an email to enchanted_petals@hotmail.com with the following details:
- Item Code
- Color
- Quantity

If the stock is available, we will reply back with an invoice stating the amount to be paid

NO RESERVATION of item is made even though you receive an invoice from us. Orders are only confirmed after payment is being made.


Payment Information
Payment must be made within 24 Hours. If you are unable to do so, let us know and we will a case-by-case analysis.

Only payment to our POSB Savings account is accepted.
After payment, please send an email to enchanted_petals@hotmail.com in the following details
- Name
- Email
- Address
- Item Name
- Amount transferred
- Delivery Mode ( Normal Mail / Registered Mail)
- Transaction Reference
- Date & Time of transfer

Postage Information
Prices are NOT inclusive of postage unless stated otherwise.

Items will be posted out within 2-3 working days. If we encounter any delay we will notify you. Enchanted Petals will send you an email once we have posted out your item.

Enchanted Petals will not be liable for any lost item via normal mail so registered mail is highly recommended.
